These terms apply when you buy and use The Surgeon Consulting Starter Guide (“the course”), sold by Ehab Badran through consulting.ehabbadran.com.

What you get

A one-time payment gives you a personal licence to use the online course, including future updates, for as long as it is offered online. Access is for you only. Please don’t share your access, the course content or its tools with others, or republish any part of it.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout, including any taxes that apply where you live.

Refunds

If the course isn’t right for you, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. When a refund is issued, access to the course ends. Where your local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.

Educational content only

The course is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, regulatory or medical advice. Rules on outside work, conflicts of interest, contracts and tax vary by country, employer and regulator. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you and for taking professional advice where needed. Examples, case studies and calculator figures are illustrative.

Answers you type into the course tools are stored only in your own browser. See the privacy notice.

Liability

The course is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

The course content may be updated and improved over time. These terms may also be updated; the version on this page at the time of purchase applies to your purchase.
